- Integration with Terms & Conditions: These Betting Rules are an integral part of our Terms & Conditions, and agreeing to these Betting Rules is a prerequisite for account registration. Unspecified capitalized terms herein should be interpreted according to the Terms & Conditions.
- Minimum and Maximum Bet Amounts: The minimum betting amount is set at R1. The maximum betting amount varies depending on the sport, league, and specific bets. The precise maximum amount for your wager will be displayed in the stake input field when you place your bet. Please note that we do not guarantee acceptance of bets exceeding the maximum stake limit.
- Right to Refuse Bets: Betbus reserves the right to reject any bet request, in part or in full, at our sole discretion. Individual bet requests may be subject to review, and we may provide an alternative price or stake at our discretion.
- Accepted Betting Channels: Betbus exclusively accepts bets made online. Bets submitted through other means such as email, telephone, fax, etc., will be considered void, regardless of the outcome.
- Bet Rejection and Voidance: We retain the right to reject or cancel any bet, or a portion thereof, before the event commences. We may also void ambiguous bets without providing justification.
- Bet Alterations: Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, customers cannot cancel or modify it.
- Betting Deadlines: Bets will be accepted up to the advertised start time of the event. In the case of accidental acceptance of bets that include events after their commencement, the match or bet will be considered void unless it's a live-betting event.
- Odds Format: Regardless of the odds format selected in your customer account, all bets will be settled based on Decimal odds.
- Suspicious Betting: If we suspect a bet has been placed after the event outcome is known or after a participant or team has gained a material advantage, we reserve the right to void the bet, whether it would have won or lost.
- Conflict of Interest: Betbus retains the right to cancel bets placed by customers with any involvement in the event, such as being participants, referees, or coaches.
- Event Integrity: We may withhold payment and void bets if there is evidence of event integrity concerns or match rigging based on the size, volume, or pattern of bets placed with Betbus.
- Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled, all related bets will be automatically voided, and customer accounts will be refunded.
- Abandoned Matches: In the case of match abandonment due to injury, weather, crowd issues, etc., bets settled up to the time of abandonment will stand. However, specific rules apply to different sports, such as soccer and tennis.
- Price Errors: Betbus is not responsible for typing, human, or obvious pricing errors. In such cases, all bets will be voided.
- Multiple Selection Bets: Bets that combine different selections within the same event are not accepted if one selection affects or is affected by another. Any such bets made in error will be canceled.
- Inaccurate Live Betting Information: While we strive to provide accurate live betting information, there may be situations where inaccuracies occur due to delays or other factors. Customers should verify the accuracy of such information when placing live bets.
- Official Results: The official result is considered final for settlement unless specific rules state otherwise. Podium positions in Grand Prix racing, medal ceremonies in athletics, and similar official presentations in other sports are considered official results.
- Winnings Confirmation: Winnings will be credited to the customer's account following confirmation of the final result.
- Fraud and Collusion: Betbus reserves the right to void any or all bets made by individuals or groups attempting to defraud the company.
- Insufficient Funds: Betbus may void bets placed when an account lacks sufficient funds to cover the bet. If a deposit that had been accepted is later canceled by the payment processing party, we reserve the right to retroactively cancel any bets placed.
- Correction of Settlements: In cases of incorrect market settlements, Betbus reserves the right to make necessary corrections at any time. If the market outcome cannot be officially verified, settlement may be delayed.
- Maximum Daily Payout: The maximum total winnings for any customer on a single calendar day for bets placed with Betbus are limited to R1,000,000.00 (One Million Rands).
